the recruitment & development of talent into
our business is a key pillar of Dairygold’s
Human Resource Strategy. Each year our business
offers opportunities for a broad spectrum of academic
disciplines. The objective of our Graduate
Programme is to provide focussed development at the
early stages of the graduate’s career, thereby
ensuring a platform for the advancement of your career
into key management & professional roles.
Career Path Plan
Graduates starting a career in Dairygold Food
Ingredients will be given an individually tailored
two year Career Path Plan, to build a solid foundation
of skills & competencies for a long-term career
in our business.
The programme provides 2 to 3 secondments into different
areas of the business where specific projects are
assigned. The exposure gained on these secondments
provides the graduate with exposure to the broad
range of activities within the business in a structured
manner.
Finance & Accounting graduates are offered a
3-Year Graduate Programme with exposure across the
Finance Function, leading to CIMA, ACCA or ACA professional
certification.

Management & Professional
Development
A core element of the Dairygold Graduate
Programme is its Management & Professional Development
Programme, the Diploma in Management. This
accredited development programme running over the
course of the 2-Year Graduate Programme provides
our graduates with the essential competencies to
progress into leadership positions in the future.
The Diploma in Management Practice offers our graduates
with off-site learning across a range of business & personal
development skills together with practical work based
projects.
Core Elements of the Diploma in Management are as

As all graduates receive ongoing reviews as part
of the programme, other individual competency development
requirements will be included in each graduates development
plan and delivered through in-house experiential
learning or targeted external/internal training initiatives.
Recruitment & Selection
Dairygold recruits graduates annually from
a variety of academic disciplines in co-operation with
the best third-level education institutions wordwide.
The Graduate Programme commences in July/August annually.
Closing date for receipt of applications for the programme is November, followed by interviews and successful candidates will commence in the summer .
