DFI supplies both Rennet and Acid casein to the
food manufacturing sector in a variety of Mesh sizes
and packaging formats to suit specific customers
needs.
These products are ideal for use within the Processed
and Analogue cheese sectors.
DFI
also produces a range of highly dispersable and soluble
caseinates, with excellent emulsifying properties.
Caseinates include sodium, calcium and potassium
formats and have application in
yogurts, low fat spreads, comminuted meats, coffee
whiteners and cream liquers.
